Do I need any prior experience with sound healing?

No prior experience is needed. This Level 1 workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as those who want to deepen their understanding of sound and frequency. Tyas will guide you through everything step by step.

What's included in the workshop fee?

Your investment includes the full 4.5-hour workshop, a complete set of tuning forks to take home, a physical handout, access to online resources, and lunch during the break.

Can I use what I learn to help others?

Level 1 focuses on building your personal foundation with sound. You will learn techniques for self-healing, energetic self-care, and daily practice. To work with others professionally, we recommend continuing to Level 2.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal for notes. All instruments, handouts, and materials are provided. Lunch is also included.
